What does the free scan include?
A scan of one public page covering content, metadata, structured data and discovery signals. You can inspect the findings before deciding whether to purchase recommendations.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro and Ultra?
The maximum page coverage: Basic up to 1 page, Pro up to 5 and Ultra up to 20 on the same website. All plans provide a tailored recommendations report, an implementation plan and PDF access.
What happens after I pay?
Your report starts generating automatically once payment is confirmed. Follow its progress in your private workspace. A service email is queued when the report is ready.
Is this a subscription?
No. Reports are one-time purchases. An optional upgrade is a separate purchase; the upgrade quote shows the additional amount after eligible paid credit.
Can I implement the recommendations myself?
Yes. Review the page-level suggestions and roadmap yourself or share the report with your developer. Verify facts, links and structured data before publishing.
Which websites can you analyze?
Accessible public HTML pages. Login-only content, blocked crawlers and browser-only content may not be available. Your report identifies the page coverage and limitations of the analysis.
Does this track rankings in ChatGPT?
No. The scan analyzes your website’s readiness for search and AI. It does not track AI mentions or guarantee rankings, traffic or inclusion in an AI-generated answer.
Will you make changes to my website?
The purchase is a recommendations report. We do not log in, install code or publish changes. You remain in control of implementation.
Do I need an account?
No customer account is needed. Private access links connect you to your scan, order, report and support conversation. Anyone with a private link may be able to view its contents, so keep it confidential.
Will I get an invoice?
A paid order has an invoice available through its private workspace. Enter accurate billing details at checkout and contact support if a correction is needed.
Can I use another currency or language?
Use the language and currency preferences in the site navigation. The checkout quote shows the currency and amount you will pay before you confirm your purchase.
What if something goes wrong?
Check the status in your private order and contact support through its conversation. Payment, delivery and refund questions are reviewed against the order record and your applicable rights.
