The details, in plain language
JBR Invest LLC
Terms of service
Information about JBRSignal and its automated website analysis service.
About these terms and the operator
Version 2026-09-06. These terms describe the website-analysis service offered by the operator identified at the end of this page. The brand shown on the website identifies the storefront; the seller information recorded on your invoice identifies the business supplying your order. Read these terms together with the plan description, checkout information, privacy notice and refund policy. If you purchase for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Contact us before ordering if you require separately agreed procurement or contractual terms.
For this storefront, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JBR Invest LLC, operating JBRSignal at jbrsignal.com. The service contact is . The company-information block gives the registered business details; it should not be understood as a promise of a walk-in shop, local office in your country or round-the-clock telephone support. The person or organization named as purchaser is responsible for the order, subject to any consumer protections that apply to the actual transaction.
These terms cover browsing, requesting an analysis and purchasing the stated digital deliverable. A free scan does not require a paid order, and viewing pricing does not authorize us to charge you. A business enquiry, partnership message or speculative job application is not a purchase contract. If you are buying as an employee or an agency, check who should appear on the invoice and who is permitted to receive the private report link.
Separate written arrangements apply only if actually agreed with the operator. Do not assume that an internal purchase order, a procurement document uploaded elsewhere or a requirement mentioned after payment has been accepted. In a conflict concerning a mandatory consumer protection, that protection takes priority. Ask for clarification before paying if a description of the service or seller is unclear.
Free analysis and paid reports
A free scan examines one accessible public page and presents technical findings. A paid order provides an automated recommendations report based on inspected website content. Basic covers up to 1 page, Pro up to 5 and Ultra up to 20 on the submitted website. The report can include priorities, suggested titles and descriptions, content suggestions, structured-data drafts and an implementation plan. You purchase the report and its stated coverage, not website development, ongoing consultancy, an advertising campaign or access to a third-party AI platform.
The free result is an initial technical inspection, not a shortened purchase commitment or a trial that automatically converts into a paid service. It can identify observable issues such as missing metadata or access restrictions. Paid generation uses inspected evidence to prepare a more detailed, site-specific working document. An example report illustrates the format; it is not the evidence or findings that will necessarily appear for your website.
The page limit is a ceiling on inspected readable pages in that order. It is not a monthly allowance, a balance of future scans or a promise that every link on a large website will be analyzed. A website with fewer accessible pages may yield fewer pages of evidence. Pages beyond the purchased scope, other domains, private dashboards and additional languages on separate URLs are not automatically included.
The deliverable is intended to help a website owner decide what to review and implement. Suggested structured data is a draft, not a completed verification with a search engine. An implementation plan is a set of proposed actions, not an undertaking that we will perform those actions. If you need a human-led review, coding work, accessibility certification or specialist regulatory advice, confirm a separate suitable arrangement before ordering.
Submitting and confirming an order
Check the website address, selected plan, page limit, email address, billing information, currency and final amount before submitting checkout. A saved order or a return from the payment interface does not itself establish successful payment. The application verifies the payment with Stripe before authorizing report generation. Your private order page records the resulting status. A service confirmation is queued for the email supplied with the order; provider acceptance does not guarantee that a message reaches your inbox. Keep your order reference and confirmation for your records.
The normal sequence is: submit an eligible public URL, review its free scan, choose a paid plan, complete billing information and the required consent statements, then authorize payment in the embedded Stripe form. Before the payment step, you can review the selected plan and return to correct the entered information. An expired or mismatched price quote must be refreshed; changing a hidden form field does not create a different valid price.
Stripe may request additional authentication from your bank. Complete only the steps displayed by the legitimate payment interface. We do not ask you to send a card security code, banking password or authentication code in an email or support conversation. Card entry takes place in the provider interface, not in the website-analysis form.
A pending order reference is useful for support but is not a receipt for settled funds. If you close the browser, lose connectivity or see an uncertain payment status, reopen the existing private order page before attempting another purchase. Confirmation depends on provider verification, including checks against the saved order amount and currency. An unsuccessful payment does not authorize report delivery. A test-mode label means the transaction is a test, not a live payment or an accounting document for collected money.
Prices, currencies and billing
Reports are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring subscription. A currency preference changes available browsing prices, not an already confirmed order. Converted prices use the available exchange-rate snapshot and currency-specific rounding; the final checkout quote is the amount you are asked to authorize. Review any applicable tax information there. Your bank may apply its own charges or currency conversion. Supply accurate billing details before payment. Contact support about an invoice correction rather than assuming that editing a browsing preference changes an issued document.
Prices are displayed with their currency so that identical symbols are not mistaken for identical amounts. Where conversion is available, a quote is calculated from stored exchange-rate information and the precision supported for that currency. It is not a live trading quote, and it need not match the exchange rate offered by your own card issuer. If usable rate information is unavailable, the interface may retain or return to the original pricing currency rather than inventing a conversion.
The quote stored for checkout fixes the relevant plan values for its validity period. A later change in rates, browsing currency, language or list price does not retrospectively reprice an existing paid order. Review the final amount in the payment form before authorizing it. If the amount or currency differs from what you expected, stop and contact support instead of relying on a future refund to correct the discrepancy.
There is no shipment, customs delivery charge or physical packaging for this report. Your own internet access, bank charges and implementation costs are separate. An invoice describes the actual transaction and applicable seller information; a currency selection does not establish your tax residence or entitlement to a tax exemption. Provide any required company and tax information accurately before purchase.
Upgrades are separate purchases
Where offered, an upgrade creates a separate order with broader maximum page coverage. The displayed upgrade quote shows the additional amount due after eligible confirmed payment credit. It is not a subscription or an automatic charge. The new order has its own payment, delivery record, report and invoice; the earlier report remains a separate point-in-time deliverable. Review the upgrade quote and consent statements before proceeding. A later refund or an ineligible payment can affect available credit, so do not calculate the charge from public list prices alone.
An upgrade is available only where the existing order and offered target plan satisfy the upgrade rules. It increases the maximum scope for that new report; it does not silently edit the old invoice or transform the earlier transaction into a recurring arrangement. The earlier report may reflect an earlier retrieval time, so differences between reports should be considered alongside the evidence and dates rather than treated as contradictory measurements of a permanent condition.
The upgrade amount is calculated using the eligible purchase history and the original order currency. A previously quoted plan snapshot may differ from the current public pricing page. Only the actual upgrade quote is an offer to pay the displayed additional amount. If you have already started an upgrade checkout, use that existing order or ask support before attempting a different target plan.
Payment confirmation and report generation are separate for each upgrade. Paying for a larger plan does not promise to bypass website restrictions that affected the earlier scan. If the larger crawl still cannot safely retrieve more pages, the report should disclose the actual coverage. A dispute or refund concerning one order must identify that order; it does not automatically refund every related purchase. Any applicable statutory remedy is assessed against the transactions and content concerned.
Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal
Checkout asks separately for acceptance of the terms and an express request to begin digital delivery immediately after payment confirmation. It also explains the possible consequence for a statutory withdrawal right where the applicable requirements are satisfied. The order retains the accepted wording and acceptance record. A checkbox, queued email or failed generation attempt alone is not a blanket waiver of every consumer right. Mandatory rights concerning non-delivery, faulty or non-conforming content remain unaffected. Consult the refund policy and contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or withdraw.
Where EU consumer rules apply, a distance purchase can carry a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legally defined exceptions. The rules for digital content supplied without a physical medium differ from rules for a service that has merely begun. For digital content, loss of the withdrawal right depends on the relevant conditions for prior express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation, as well as supply having begun. A request to start processing is therefore not treated in these terms as sufficient proof that every exception applies.
UK consumers may also have a statutory cancellation period and specific protections for downloaded digital content. Whether a particular purchase is classified as digital content, a service or a combination matters. We do not use the fact that a report is personalized, automated or delivered electronically as a universal reason to refuse cancellation.
You can contact or use the order conversation to communicate a clear withdrawal request. Give the order reference and enough information to identify the purchase; a reason is not required where a statutory right permits withdrawal without justification. The refund policy explains the request process and preserves remedies for non-supply and defects independently of change-of-mind rights. Any legal deadline or confirmation obligation that applies takes priority over a general description of our automated workflow.
The dedicated online withdrawal form is available at jbrsignal.com/withdrawal. It lets you enter your name, contract or order reference and email address, review the statement, then confirm withdrawal without a customer account or a required reason. Submission records the declaration and queues an acknowledgement; it does not automatically decide your legal entitlement, cancel a paid order or reverse a payment.
Generation and access
Generation begins automatically after verified payment and runs in the background. The private workspace shows progress and provides the report when complete. Timing depends on queue workload, the submitted website and external providers; no fixed completion time is promised. A temporary failure may be retried without creating another paid purchase. If progress stops or a failure is shown, use the order conversation. A completed report can be read online and downloaded as a PDF. Save a copy for your records; downloading it does not apply any changes to your website.
The order workspace distinguishes payment verification, report preparation and completion. A progress indicator is a processing observation, not a promise that a particular number of seconds remains. A successfully charged payment can precede a completed report. Similarly, an email notice can be delayed even when a completed report is already available through its private page. Check the workspace itself when you are unsure which part of the process has finished.
Delivery is online, with a downloadable PDF once the report is complete. You need an internet connection, a reasonably current web browser and software able to open PDF documents. The payment interface needs JavaScript. We do not ship a printed report, supply physical media or install a browser extension. Your own equipment and network can affect your ability to view or save the deliverable.
Choose an accessible order email and save the private link securely. If you lose it or entered an incorrect address, contact support with the order reference; recovery may require checks so that another person cannot obtain your report. Reports are not advertised as an indefinite backup or archival storage service. Keep your own downloaded copy where continued access is important, while retaining the right to raise genuine access or delivery problems with us.
Technical scope and page limits
Inspection is limited to public resources the scanner can safely retrieve. It does not sign in, bypass access restrictions, execute browser-only application flows or obtain your private analytics. Crawler blocking, inaccessible pages, redirects, duplicate URLs and JavaScript-rendered content can reduce available coverage. A plan states a maximum, not a promise to retrieve that many distinct readable pages. The report identifies actual inspected pages and limitations. These disclosures do not excuse a materially defective deliverable; raise a concern if the report fails to correspond to the purchased service.
A page is inspected through the scanner’s supported public HTTP workflow. The analysis may examine response status, document title, descriptions, headings, indexing directives, canonical links, structured data, image alternatives and linked crawl resources. Whether a check is available depends on the actual response. A blocked or unreadable page is not assigned invented content or a fabricated measure of AI visibility.
The crawler applies network-safety checks and follows supported crawl rules. It does not access a private address merely because a public URL redirects there, and it may reject unusual ports or destinations. Robots directives and website protections can prevent retrieval. A browser can display content that a static fetch does not expose, particularly when a page depends on client-side JavaScript, authentication or an interactive consent flow.
Maximum coverage is not an exhaustive security, performance, accessibility or legal-compliance audit. Finding a title or structured-data block does not establish that it is factually correct, accepted by an external platform or sufficient for a particular regulation. The report should distinguish observed evidence from suggested changes and unavailable checks. If a source page changed after retrieval, compare against the recorded evidence rather than assuming the report describes its latest version. Tell support when the inspected website or coverage does not match your order.
Using the recommendations
Recommendations are generated with AI assistance and may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. Review business facts, claims, links and code with the people responsible for your website before publishing. Test changes in an appropriate environment and maintain your own backups. We do not publish changes, manage your website or verify every business assertion independently. The analysis is a point-in-time assessment of available content, not proof of search ranking, traffic, revenue or inclusion in an AI answer. Results on independent platforms remain outside our control.
Treat generated business copy as a proposal. Check opening hours, locations, product claims, contact details, professional qualifications and any statements about guarantees against your own authoritative records. Remove claims that cannot be substantiated. If a suggestion concerns a regulated activity, obtain advice from someone qualified for that activity rather than treating an automated website report as medical, financial, legal or other professional advice.
Technical suggestions can affect rendering, indexing and user experience. Before changing templates, redirects, robots directives or structured data, assess dependencies, test the change and keep a way to restore the previous version. The report does not know every custom integration, historical decision or commercial constraint behind your site. A recommendation suitable for one page can be unsuitable across a whole website.
Search engines and AI platforms select and present information using their own changing systems. We do not control crawling frequency, index inclusion, citations, rankings or how an independent assistant answers a question. No score or recommendation in this service constitutes purchased placement with those platforms. Measuring a later result may require your own analytics and a suitable comparison period. The lack of a promised commercial outcome does not excuse failure to supply the actual report or remove rights concerning inaccurate or non-conforming content.
Your content and permitted use
You remain responsible for having the rights and authority needed to submit a website for analysis. Submission allows us and the necessary service providers to retrieve, process and retain the relevant material to supply the requested service. It does not transfer ownership of your website to us. You may use the purchased recommendations for your website and share them with colleagues or contractors helping you implement them. Third-party material retains its existing rights, and AI-generated suggestions are not a warranty of originality or exclusive ownership.
A public URL can contain copyrighted text, photographs, trademarks and information about individuals. Public accessibility does not establish that every use of that material is permitted. If you are acting for a client, obtain the authority appropriate to the analysis and the sharing of resulting evidence. Avoid submitting pages that should remain confidential, even if a misconfiguration makes them reachable without a password.
The processing permission associated with your request is for supplying and supporting the requested analysis, not a transfer of your domain, brand or source material. We do not acquire administrator access to your website by accepting a URL. You remain responsible for the publishing decisions made after reading the report and for obtaining rights to any additional content you choose to use.
You can give the report to an intended colleague or implementer, but that sharing also gives them any source evidence and business information included in it. Consider redacting material before wider circulation. The output may include common technical patterns and cannot be represented as a guarantee that no similar recommendation has been generated for someone else. If you believe a report includes material that infringes your rights or exposes inappropriate personal information, identify the relevant passage and source URL through the contact route so the issue can be reviewed.
Responsible access and private links
Do not target private networks, attempt to defeat security checks, overload the service, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material. Customer workspaces use private access links rather than public customer accounts. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to read its report or conversation, so share it deliberately and avoid posting it publicly. Notify support if a link is exposed. We may restrict abusive or unsafe requests to protect the service; doing so does not remove payment records, support access or statutory remedies automatically.
Private links operate as access credentials. The service checks the brand and the embedded access token; knowing a public order reference alone is not intended to unlock a report. Nevertheless, anyone to whom you forward the complete link may be able to use it. Do not post it in a public issue tracker, search-engine submission, shared screenshot or message sent to an unknown party.
Use a device and mailbox you can trust. On a shared computer, close private pages when finished and do not leave downloaded reports in a public folder. Signing out of an administrator session or deleting browser cookies does not necessarily invalidate an access-bearing customer link. Contact support if you suspect exposure so the appropriate recovery or restriction can be assessed.
Security and abuse controls can reject requests or temporarily limit repeated attempts. Do not try to evade those controls through additional identities, manipulated URLs or automated flooding. A refusal to fetch an unsafe destination is not permission to submit credentials to force access. We may investigate suspected misuse using relevant operational records, while applying applicable privacy requirements. Security restrictions do not give us an unrestricted right to retain money for an undelivered purchase; payment and consumer-rights issues remain subject to the other terms and applicable law.
Availability, changes and independent providers
Hosting, email, payment and AI services can experience interruptions. The status page shows recorded operational observations, not a guarantee that every request will succeed. We may maintain or change the application and update offers for future purchases. A change to the website does not rewrite the price, scope or consent record of a previously confirmed order. If a change materially affects delivery of an existing purchase, contact us through its workspace. Third-party names and trademarks identify their services and do not imply that they endorse this product.
The service depends on successful interaction between the application, the submitted website and independent infrastructure, payment, email and AI providers. An outage in one part can affect a particular task without proving that every part of the service is unavailable. The public status page offers limited operational information; it is not a contractual uptime measurement or a guarantee covering your target website.
Changes may include interface improvements, safety controls, supported languages or adjustments to future plan descriptions. A displayed report remains tied to its own evidence and order details. A future feature announcement or a new example is not automatically included in an earlier purchase. If a change prevents access to an existing deliverable, raise it through support with the original reference.
Availability of an interface in a language or a browsing currency does not establish a local office, local license or universal ability to accept payments from every country. Payment providers can restrict methods or transactions under their own requirements and applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass lawful restrictions or use another person’s payment credentials. The appearance of a provider name, logo or payment form describes an integration; it is not a claim that the provider has endorsed this service or approved the legal adequacy of these policies.
Problems, complaints and applicable rights
For a delivery, billing or quality concern, contact the operator through your order conversation or the public contact form. Provide the order reference, the issue and the resolution you are requesting; do not send full card details. We assess the recorded payment and deliverable and explain the available next step. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Mandatory protections concerning applicable law and competent courts remain unaffected, as does your ability to contact a competent consumer authority.
When reporting a problem, distinguish a payment issue from an access issue, a generation failure or a concern with the content. This helps support locate the appropriate records without requesting unnecessary information. You can state the outcome you seek, such as restored access, correction, explanation or a refund. Do not include a full bank statement when an order reference and a redacted transaction entry are sufficient.
The order conversation keeps the enquiry connected to the purchase. If you cannot reach it, email or use the public contact form. A reply may request clarification where the issue cannot be identified, but contacting support is not intended to require you to abandon a legal deadline or an independent complaint route. Keep a copy of a time-sensitive notice and any acknowledgement.
Consumer rights depend on the relevant jurisdiction and circumstances, including whether the purchase is made mainly for personal or business purposes. Naming a company in this policy does not choose a court for every customer. We do not add a compulsory arbitration clause, a blanket exclusion for all digital orders or a requirement to waive statutory damages in order to obtain help. Any remedy or limitation is subject to the law that actually applies to the transaction.
Keeping the applicable information
The date above identifies this version of the terms, not a daily renewal. Keep the confirmation, invoice and report supplied for your purchase. Information applicable to a future order may change, so review the checkout disclosures each time, including for an upgrade. If a provision cannot lawfully apply to your circumstances, mandatory law takes priority; the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted. Questions about the operator, an earlier order or a proposed organizational agreement can be sent using the contact details below.
The version date helps distinguish the terms currently published from a previous edition. Before confirming an order, review the plan information and consent wording shown for that purchase. The application preserves the recorded order values and accepted consent text; later changes to translations or public pricing do not authorize a new charge or rewrite those saved values.
You can use your browser to save or print these terms. The invoice and downloaded report serve different purposes: the invoice records the transaction, while the report describes inspected evidence and recommendations. Keep both if they are relevant to your internal records. A screenshot of an uncompleted checkout is not a substitute for confirmed payment or evidence that a report has been delivered.
If you need confirmation of which description applied to a particular order, provide its reference and approximate purchase date. Do not assume that today’s public page is an exact archive of every older offer. A correction to misleading information should be assessed against the actual purchase and applicable rights, not treated as automatically effective against the customer from an earlier date. These terms do not extend the service through silence, renew a purchase each day or authorize unrelated marketing because you continue to retain a copy of the report.
